Hotel La Vue D'Or Sorrento, Sorrento

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless, but the views didn't quite match up to a 4-star standard. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi on the 4th floor, and the lack of English news channels was a downside. On the bright side, being in touch with Jet2 on return was convenient.

The hotel's rooms are old and need a makeover. While the jacuzzi was just a bath, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location offers a peaceful setting with stunning views, and the dining experience is decent with a variety of options. However, the rooms could use some improvement.

The service was exceptional, with helpful staff going out of their way to assist us. The location is ideal for exploring the Amalfi Coast and enjoying quiet evenings on the balcony. However, the dining options were limited, and the buffet lacked variety.

The hotel offers a decent room size with twin beds and a well-laid-out modern design. The balcony view overlooking the bay of Sorrento and beyond is stunning. The standard rooms come with a balcony, providing a good experience.
